Our Story

Built on a simple observation

Hyderabad's homebuyers were being asked to choose between scale and care. Large townships promised everything and stayed distant; small builders stayed close but cut corners. Venswa Infra was founded to hold both — the rigour of an institution, the attention of a family builder.

Our first signature address, Aurelia in Beerumguda, carries that conviction: a single boutique tower of fifty-five lake-view homes, HMDA approved, a minute from a leading international school. A 195-home community follows next.

Dinesh founded Venswa Infra to build homes the way he believes they should be built — honestly, and to last. He leads the company day to day under the guidance and mentorship of Venkata Narasimham, pairing fresh ambition with a veteran's judgment.
